3 years have passed since the first City Ranger 3070 in France was delivered to Ugine
"It's unbelievable how easy it is to operate the machine". That is what Nicolas DUCLOZ, Technical Manager in city of Ugine, will tell you if you ask him about his Egholm City Ranger 3070.
The city of Ugine - a beautiful city surrounded by the Alps mountains - decided 3 years ago to invest in a compact sweeper. After having tested several machines, they choose the Egholm City Ranger 3070. At that time, it was the first machine of that type to be sold in France by the faithful Egholm partner, SAS ÉTABLISSEMENTS PERIÉ FRANCE. The machine was delivered in May 2020.
The operators particularly appreciated the comfort in the cabin and already the user-friendly set up. They are still very happy sweeping the streets and climbing the hills. “The climbing ability and the performance of the machine are very impressive”, says Nicolas.
Nicolas and his manager, Daniel BOURGEOIS are delighted with the suction power which, combined with the 3-brush sweeping unit, works wonders during the major cleaning of streets and gutters after the winter season: "We operated at night, continuously for a week, at the rate of 5 emptying’s per night and the machine continued to work during the day" tell us Daniel and Nicolas.
They consider the City Ranger 3070 a wise investment with limited operating costs thanks to optimized consumption and extremely limited maintenance costs.
